On the app, you will need to click on Account and click Manage Meal Plan. Scroll to a week that has not been locked by the system and click Manage Plan. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Cancel Plan.

How much does a subscription cost?
We currently offer a 6 meals per week subscription for $82.99 ($13.84 per meal) and a 12 meals per week subscription for $135.99 ($11.34 per meal).
How does your service work?
Once you sign up for a subscription by placing an order, you'll receive meals every week unless you skip or cancel . You get to customize your menu every week by picking your favorites from our seasonal, rotational menu of 30+ delicious dishes. We'll send you a reminder when it's time to choose your meals for the week — we cook all your meals to order, so we give you these reminders to ensure that you have enough time to make any changes to your menu or skip your week before your lock date.
How are the meals shipped?
Most customers will receive their order in an insulated Snap Kitchen cooler bag. The bag will be hand-delivered by our shipping partner, Hungry, to your door. The exact delivery time will vary but will fall between the hours of 8am and 6pm. Customers will receive a text message when the bag is in transit and a additional text when the order is delivered (with an attached "Proof of Delivery" picture.
The Lock Date is the specific deadline to skip or make any changes to your order, including but not limited to: menu items, delivery address, and payment method. This date varies depending on your delivery day and is listed for each customer on our website. You have until 11:59PM CST the evening before your lock date listed on our website to make the change.
What is a Lock Date?
Our meals are fresh, never frozen, don’t contain preservatives, and have a 3-9 day shelf life from the date you receive the meals. The exact amount of days is dependent on the ingredients within that dish. Each meal will have the “consume by” date listed beneath the microwave instructions on the top of the container.

How do I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your subscription plan through your account on the website or the app. Once a weekly order has been locked, it can not be canceled. Canceling your subscription will cancel all (unlocked) future weeks.
